Business Continuity Plan (B.C.P) is a plan 
that can make core business restart 
within the set up time frame in case 
that normal business activity stopped 
caused by accidents and nor disasters




BCP Procedure Step.

  • 1.       Thrush out the risk, Business Impact Analysis (BIA)
  • 2.       Narrow down Analysis, specify priority task
  • 3.       Key point analysis for priority task continuity
  • 4.       Define preparedness plan, Budget making and execution
  • 5.       Emergency action manual making
  • 6.       Check and Revise
